We have been approved for our mortgage and everything has been completed! They even sent us a certificate about the completion. All that is left on the paperwork is to do the actual signing on Closing Day.
The necessary permits for the building have already been submitted. Once they have been approved, we will have our pre-construction meeting with the contractor and construction will begin!!
